NOTE:  ORDERS PLACED DURING NOVEMBER/DECEMBER QUALIFY FOR AN EXTENDED RETURN FACILITY UNTIL JANUARY 31ST 2025

Please note that during the weeks commencing 23rd December 2024- 6th January 2025 our dispatch dates may vary and next day delivery may not be possible due to postal services and bank holidays, if you require further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

STANDARD DELIVERY £6.00

Delivery is normally via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked but can take 3-5 working days. 

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY £10.00 (see exceptions below)

This is a fully trackable Signed For service via www.parcelforce.com. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day for Next Working Day delivery. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. This will confirm the tracking number and you can check the progress of your delivery on www.parcelforce.com

RETURNS

Please note that it is a very busy time for us here at Bigfootshoes... therefore refunds/exchanges may take a little longer than usual.

UK Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you can return it to us, unworn and in the original packaging, within 28 days for an immediate exchange or refund of the cost of the product.

Please note that the shoes AND box must be returned in the same saleable condition as received. We regret that returned goods cannot be accepted bearing any signs of wear or damage. We suggest that shoes are tried on carpet surfaces only. Please imagine how you would feel receiving shoes which appear to have been worn!

Please follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed with your order. We recommend return via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For, to aid safe return of your shoes.

We regret we are unable to pay for the cost of your returns. We will pay for the second pair to come out to you if you are requesting an exchange for a different size in the same style.

Overseas Returns

Please note all overseas orders will have their VAT deducted prior to checkout you will then become liable for your own country’s VAT & Import Duties when the goods are handled by your own Customs authorities upon entry into your own country.
