These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing www.bigfootshoes.co.uk website and placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

Placing Your Order

When you select products you wish to purchase they will be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order you will be directed through the checkout process at which point you can choose your method of delivery.

If you have any problems relating to placing an order please contact us, we are also able to process orders over the phone if you prefer.

Order Acceptance

Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered, this does not determine our acceptance of the contract. Once products are despatched from Bigfootshoes you will be notified by email and this will indicate the completion of a contract between you and us.

Prior to despatch we may cancel your order as a result of one of the following:

1. The product you ordered is not in stock and will not be back in stock in the near future.  Whilst we try to avoid this and to ensure that our website reflects actual stock, there may be times where this is not possible.
2. The identification of a pricing or product description error.
3. A fraudulent transaction has been identified.

We will contact you via email if your order has been cancelled owing to one of the reasons above with a full explanation.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time. However, changes will not affect orders where we have sent you an order confirmation email. 

Description of Products

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the website may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.  We have included manufacturers size guides on each product page for your reference.

Despatch

Orders received after 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched according to the selected delivery option on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and all Bank holidays.

Inspection

You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in accordance with your cancellation right and / or you return the products in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the products at a later date. A full refund/exchange will be given on faulty Products or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you. Claims will only be settled after the faulty products have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

Voucher Codes

We may at our discretion offer voucher codes and discount promotions. We reserve the right to withdraw any voucher code or discount promotion at any time. Vouchers may only be redeemed through the website www.bigfootshoes.co.uk and not through any other website or method of communication. To use your voucher you will be required to enter its unique code at the online checkout and use of such code will be deemed to confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions and any special conditions attached to the voucher. Any discounts attached to vouchers apply to the price of the products ordered only and not to delivery charges, which will be chargeable at normal rates. We reserve the right to exclude the use of voucher codes on specific products. We will not retrospectively apply voucher codes to orders which have been previously placed.

Limitation of Liability
No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of  the Bigfootshoes website or any products supplied by Bigfootshoes Limited

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
