I was looking for some boots for my nephew who is quite tall and has size 14 feet, I looked on Google to try and see if I could find something and came across big foot shoes. I had problems with ordering so I rang them up and got fantastic customer service, the gentleman (Jack) was very helpful. it turns out that my nephew doesn't like them ones I got him, so has opted for another pair. Jack to the rescue once again, I wouldn't hesitate in using this company in the future. we need more people like Jack in the world as buying things would be a lot better

Great service I received. Jack was very helpful in making sure I got the right size and the items on time. The chukka boots are SOOOO comfortable...feels too good to be true! Cos of this my colleague also bought one and there's no more nagging about discomfort at work. Happy customer happy colleague, who's next?
